Meredith looks weird also in last episode, she looks like she's been using unsuccessfully botox. And the hair OMG!! Like 10 year old girl in year of 1991. I love her,but sometimes I feel it's another person, not the Mer I loved!

Here's what I think will happen:

The prisoner will ask Derek to kill him "accidentally" during surgery so that he can give his organs to the child (therefore he can make up for the bad stuff he has done).

If the prisoner dies in prison, his organs can't be used for other people.
