  • Good video, well thought out and good examples of dynamic moves

  • @TheJMFitness Thank you! maria

  • Great video! I practice hockey some years ago. Now I'm into rollerblading. Thanks to your warm up I´m start my sessions in better conditions, just whit a few days doing it. There is some exercises for increase the high of my jumps?. Excuse my terrible english and the question out of place but I´m think you'll have the best advice. Thanks!!

  • @ELRodador Your english is great! I am glad the dynamic warm up is helping. The best way to increase the height of your jumps is to build your core strength and build stronger hips. Are you currently doing strength training? I have a video that will help - just search YouTube for "London Ontario Hockey Training: Leg Exercises for Hockey" - that will help both your jump and your hockey. Hope this helps.

    Cheers,

    Maria

    Cheers,

    Maria

  • thank you this is my new warm up from now on :)

  • @18wheeler76 Search my video called "Off-Ice Goalie Training: Hamstring Flexibility - how and how much?" this video may give you some more ideas. Definitely give the foam roll a try - but also if you have disc issues in your back and hamstrings that feel chronically tight, I would consider visiting a good sport physiotherapist who may be able to help you out.

    Cheers,

    maria
