lol yeah peice of shit isnt it, im thinking the same as you, hpi baja or fg modelsport, used to have the marder, brilliant car, but i really want this car to work as well as an fg, i might just rebuild the car with fg parts!

yeah i need a steel set, i got half steel now, just need a 40 tooth steel gear, i want to goto 22/42 ratio though tried 18/46 the other day was real good

I solved the gear stripping frustration by going to a steel set.

i got the steel set, hasnt realy fixed the problem, the clutch bell housing/brace needs to be alloy!
