To us, it is a chair. To them, an object requiring exploration.

Django (Maximillian's Pionus) and Masti (Senegal) "explore" the armchair. What is most remarkable to me is that a few years ago I didn't think they would ever be able to be within several feet of one another for fear of one harming the other. It is not uncommon for the two "partners in crime" to explore spaces and places in the house together now. At one point Django gets too close to Masti while trying to get around him and Masti says, "Django." (FYI - I've owned this chair for years.)
