  • You might have some good info.... but, your video quality is useless for this kind of exercise.

  • Get a better camera please before you post videos. Can't see anything!

  • Along with getting a better camera, get a better voice too. You sound like the gay guy on Family Guy.

  • Just drink the water, don't be a pussy.

  • if its moving slowly it should be okay to drink, BOILED or purified with a bandana, is alot better and safer, if you needed to deink it its okay to deink alsong if thee is no fecies and the vegitation is growing, it way give you diahreeah though so be carfule

  • @etherealshinobi11 definetely no-do you wanna drink your neighbors crap? The water only runs because its pumped into the sewers and guided to the cleaning plants. If it didn't pump it would back up with all the food and waste. It is still risky to drink water sources away from sewer systems though-especially if it is near factories, farms, or lots of other industry...since dangerous water contamination can occur through soil leaching

  • @etherealshinobi11 Then you better go and catch it.

  • @intheshapeofhuman

My neighborhood sewer is running, is it safe to drink too?

  • It's fairly easy to boil this water if you have no pot or can. Just dig a hole, wet the soil in the hole, build or put hot coals into the hole and you have a semi hardfired bowl. Put creek water in it and drop a hot stone in to shock boil the water and it's much safer to drink, even if there's a dead body just upstream. It may as well still tast like camel dung or wilderwild urine, but, it's better than death.

  • the water is moving so its fine.

  • if your in a survival situation, DRINK THE WATER!!! statistically you will be found before you get "the runs" and shit yourself to death. your more likely to die of dehydration than the protozoa and bacteria. DRINK THE WATER!!!

  • I would do all i could to boil the water before drinking it. I guess it very much depends on the situation cause if you are so exchausted and dry you cant barely walk (close to death) im sure i would drink the water directly. If i could manage to do it i would of course restrain the water through my sour socks.
