Seriously - does anyone at the LADOT care about anything other than cars? This whole proposal is asinine. The 10 freeway already provides a massive, free, super highway from downtown to the coast. The last thing we need are two new freeways cutting through our city! This hurts businesses, this is bad for resident's health, it is bad for communities. What possible objective, measurable, benefits will be bestowed on L.A. by doing this? Faster commutes? Hah, right.
