Mormon missionaries present case against Trinity and why they believe God, Jesus, and Holy Spirit are separate entities. Biblical truth is presented in contrast to LDS doctrine.
@RCSVirginia The laws of marriage are not being imposed by Christians; the laws of marriage have always been a man and woman as was God's design. It is the world that is trying to impose on the standard with which God has set forth.
So schools are oppressed in theaching creationism as stated by God, but they are allowed to preach the THEORY of evolution as stated (and debated) by man? Why not teach both? You mentioned living & thinking freely, yet you're ok with this oppression?
I I could not care less what Mormons, Muslims, Jews and Christians personally believe, as long as they do not try to write their beliefs into oppressive laws, such as Proposition 8 in California, or try to write them into course curricula, such as the nonsense of teaching creationism. They can believe whatever they want to believe, as long as they do not try to impose their beliefs on others and deprive others of their rights to live freely and think freely.
For a film about Mormon missionaries, take a look at "Latter Days,' and for a movie about Christian viewpoints, look at "For The Bible Tells Me So." Both movies can be found at TLA Video, Deep Discount DVD and Amazon on-line.
@dlindsey102 Whereas you, on the other hand, are a paragon of patience, love and tolerance. Anyone can tell that from your four-letter-word vocabulary. Adieu, Lump.
@dlindsey102 Dude, I'm not a Mormon. You, on the other hand, are ignorant: You listen to others spread lies and half-truths about them, and accept them without question. I know lots of Mormons, and none are how you describe them. Try learning something about them from them, instead of parroting lies you heard from your pulpit last Sunday.
@TheTrollyoufear "Member of a cult?" No, I'm not a Mormon, if that's what you meant. If you are a Christian, then your "cult" is just as valid (or invalid) as the LDS "cult."
You "think that God decides what is put in the bible." Why? It was written by men, not god.
If you're "too busy to talk" to me, then it seems odd that you would respond to me at all: Your actions belie your words.
As to your first sentence, I already know how to read; perhaps you should learn how to reason.
@Xenophile665 learn to read then. Look, you are a member of a cult. I'm too busy atm to talk to you, but I think that God decides what is put in the bible, not some murderer who started a cult.
@kjvjay It never ceases to amaze me how many pity the Mormons for believing in a book that isn't all that different from the book they believe in (at least when it comes to supernatural occurrences). Would folks rather have a "god who is nothing more than a little man," or one who is invisible? Food for thought.
@ama91744 Good point on catching the contradiction in secular thought regarding teaching of creationism/evolution.

@dlindsey102 And another genius exposes their ignorance of what "Mormons pretty much are!"
