Dude you are the man! thanks for the vid, I'm a visual learner and I have yet to see a video that displays the muscle up so well... I watched this ONCE and got the technique down... I have been trying to muscle up for a year now! Also @ 0:59... nice shirt, I'm a poolee in the DEP and I leave for the island on November 15th- OORAH!

Let me start by saying that I am not a gymnast, just trying to muscle up. Since this I have learned turning the rings out at the bottom of the lets you have full extension, so those first few need to be re-done to full hang.
