@xYOUTUB3jVi3Yes rainbow throw.If you field the ball on your glove side ankle using two hands you will plant your right foot in order to throw off balance. Most inexperience players will come up and throw the ball in the dirt and or take extra steps allowing the runner to gain ground and beat out your throw. If you throw the ball on the second base side which is what i meant by the "left" you will get a semi rainbow throw and have more time to throw the runner out.

This is horrible! First of all never teach to field with one hand or just the glove. Two hands always best and field the ball on the glove side ankle... always stay down and rainbow throw to first base to the left side of bag!!! It takes lots of practice but only 4 of 10 players do it right.
