@poundaNuts I think the comment may refer to the proposed changes to player eligibility rules by NZ last year which would've allowed players to represent a second country after a stand down period(like rugby league). The Celtic nations were the only ones who were against it and they have a lot of power in the IRB.

come on guys lets open our eyes put samoa in the trinations/ four nations and make it the five nations
id love seeing them i reckon they can be the top 3 teams in the world
could be that physical challenge the all blacks dont realy find anywhere lol
-
samoan players may not have the money but they sure do have the heart, lets not give them wealth....wealth kills a mans heart
dont let them lose the innocence :(
-
If celtic nations want to stop south sea islanders progressing and being able to compete against the top teams, then why has the WRU just footed the entire £100,000 bill for a tour of all of the south sea islands in 2017?

Samoans are a semetic race, yes we are still in slavery just like our ancestors in Egypt under pharohs control. History repeats itself, remember Samoa is a small nation just like Israel.

Well it looks like unfortunately their funding is going to be slashed from the IRB unless a miracle happens
-
I think there would also be more players from NZ if there wasn't a cap on overseas players in the Super 15 as well. Each team is only allowed one overseas player thus why so many turn down the opportunity to play for the Manu.
I've watched this video like how many times. It still makes me cry!
