  • I agree that you have to be accurate. Yes, it is youtube, but too many areas of our society are getting sloppy, like some of the " brain surgeons " I see with their pants down by thair ass- I made a kid stop ttoday because I reminded him that that practice used to be used by punks in jail advertizing that they were ' open for business " ! Just sayin.

  • @yipeokia1 Actually, it was started in jails not because they were 'open for business', but because their belts were taken because of suicidal uses. Because of this their pants fell down. They then got used to it and started to wear them this way out of jail because they were used to it, not because their pants were falling down. It then became a fashion statement. It may have been used in some prisons to show they wanted something but this isn't how the fashion of sagging pants came around...
