How to kill a prick like nick;
1) take a blunt object
2) take it to the nick like prick and beat him until he resembles a pancake
3) take your favourite shaped cookie cutter (I recommend a dick or a pussy to resemble the nick like pricks characteristics)
4) bake in the oven for 20-25 minutes. Note: with out greasing human flesh sticks to baking trays make sure to grease the tray or use some grease proof paper.

His name is Daniel, and he is/was also one of Ulli's buddies like Heino has been. He is the boyfriend of Gabriella. Later on, both of them move into the flat-share of Tom and Ulli. They are still around when Olli comes into the story.
So both of them have been main characters on VL for several years.
