@KalamariSquid i think it is based on more feline features (most fursuits look more like canines) so the mussle is simply shortened and i think the nostrils wered simply cut out of the foam, hope that helps, but i am by far no expert

@KalamariSquid Not sure if anyone answered this. Nose looks like it's build on a hard mask base with felt pulled over and glued down to the surface or it's shaped dense foam either way will work it depends on what you want to do resin is lighter weight but takes longer to produce. They probably also added small black marks to the inner of the nose for depth effect or just painted them in but felt has a good amount of stretch so you can avoid visible seams by hiding them under thicker fur.
