Except a blogger/blogspot blog can be deleted at any time without warning. If you are flagged as spam or something of that nature it goes poof and Google is notorious for slow response to support, many times not even bothering to respond at all. Tumblr has more of a chance to kill Wordpress than Blogger, but Tumblr's userbase not very welcoming and almost every day has some sort of pornography with in the search.
