i guess thats easier b/c they dont have to damage cell research so we can develop faster medicine or dissect something faster?? llol ...

It can pick up a targeted cell individually without hurting it during manipulation.
I guess that will be very helpful for biologists and engineers in pharmaceutical industries. They are always looking for cells that produce more efficient medicines.
