My own very amateuristic attempt to have a look at what Lee Harvey Oswald saw, if he sat at the "sniper's nest" in the Texas School Book Depository. I had time to spare, and had always been curious of the tree in the line of fire.

I was allowed by the Mary Ferrell Foundation to use the frames from the re-enactment the Secret Service conducted at the 5th of December 1963.
Later used by the Warren Commission.

Bare in mind, as I mentioned, that this is highly amateuristic. I basically just merged the frames, so it is important to remember that this in no way represents the time actually elapsed, nor is it likely that the Secret was at all times 100% accurate in placing of the limousine VS where William Greer the driver on the 22nd actually drove. Not either the elevated placement of the rifle was accurate.

After the car passes the tree, one can observe the frames the Secret Service marked "1st shot", "2nd shot", and "3rd shot", and thus observe where they located the limo accordingly.

  • @univibe23 The shot while the motorcade was moving away is a smarter and easier shot. Oswald used the tree as cover which bought him a few seconds of time.

Firing from behind makes it tougher to pinpoint the location of the shots. With the motorcade moving away from Oswald, the target, while moving, presents itself as a nearly stationary.

Oswald took the smartest and best shot. After all, look what happened.

  • @fobrien1 Are you aware the TSBD was a warehouse that was filled with cartons of books that were stacked about 6 feet high? Are you aware that LHO built a snipers nest so he would be shielded from anyone walking on the 6th floor from seeing him? Apparently, it worked. Styles and Adams descended the stairs well after the shots were fired. So how are you going to evaluate the quality of the witnesses? You want to eliminate some of them. I say we dump them all and focus on the physical evidence.

  • @Tomaji69 up the assassination of JFK. This is pure foolishness and a barbaric exploitation of a national tragedy.

If you're convinced there was a conspiracy, then which one was it? There are dozens of them and simple logic states that all of them cannot be correct simultaneously.

    So which conspiracy felled JFK?

  • @Tomaji69 CE399. That bullet was ballistically matched to LHO rifle to the exclusion of all other rifles.

Aside from the obvious tragedy that occurred in Dallas another tragedy has occurred. Money grubbing profiteers have been making a living off the body of JFK with their outrageous and unsupportable accusations against people and groups for the past 50 years. The last time I looked it was over 250 individuals and 80 different groups that have been accused of planning, executing and covering

  • @Tomaji69 There was never a missing bullet from Connally. If you're referencing the video that shows the Dr. speaking to the press at Parkland telling them that the bullet was about to be removed from JC's leg, there's more to that story. The Dr. giving the press conference was the Dr attending to JC's chest wound. There was another Dr. attending to the leg wound. The bullet barely entered JC's leg and it fell out. When they examine the wound there was no bullet. It was found later and became

  • @Tomaji69 never turned JFK over and never saw the back of his head. The Z-film shows the particulate matter from the third shot going forward. There was no matter ejected out the back of his head. They were driving into a wind that gusted up to 20mph an some of the matter got caught onto the wind and covered one of the motorcycle police officers. The was never a bullet found in Dealey Plaza on the grassy surface. There was a picture of a man in a suit and a story was created around the picture.

  • @Tomaji69 Everyone one of your examples is a red herring- The Mac Wallace fingerprints were never identified as a match to Wallace. You need to have a minimum number of identification marks for the prints be be called a match-these didn't have the minimum. Sorry, try again. There was never a bullet hole through the windshield. There was a break in the glass on the inside from the fragments of the third shot but there was never a hole. "Fixing' the autopsy is pure hogwash. The Drs. at Parkland

  • @autoad OK, good idea - focus on physical evidence (and MISSING evidence, fair enough?). The cleaning of the LIMO..! "fixing" the autopsy! IGNORING the Dr.'s testimony that the BACK of JFK's head was BLOWN out! The MISSING head shot bullet, picked up just past the curb in the infield by a "suit". Mac Wallace fingerprints on the boxes (LBJ's henchman). Missing bullet fragments from Connally. The Mauser rifle ALSO found on the 6th floor (Roger Craig). Bullet through windshield..etc..???

  • @fobrien1 And as Victoria reported the shots came from below her, I think the shooters were actually in an office on the 2'nd of 3'rd floor of the building and on the Grassy Knoll.

  • @conspiracydog11 certainly there are a lot of problems with the case against oswald ,the more one looks at the testimonies in detail and the affidavits fbi reports etc etc we see a different picture of the evidence against oswald then what the commission painted .adams is attacked a lot because her story differs slightly to styles but garner corroberated adams story and the fbi knew that yet the commission chose to go with styles version of events .
