Ah, I may've succeeded in running underwater into the first room, now that I think of it. But yeah, swimming in there is probably impossible thanks to the triggers.

How did you manage to get into the first bath area?

I actually started off in the second area and then ran to the second area, i didnt want to jump out for fear of losing "runningness", so I turned around and went back, which is where the vid starts, during swimming in this area I can never seem to find the trigger to load this place, the trigger seems to be inside the water in the second room somewhere, really frustrating! And I never try to get swimmingness in this area, as I read in your glitch FAQ that this area is pretty much rock solid.
