This, to me, is about the one you love and how what may have once been romantic love has happily settled into easy companionship. Don't know how Sam Beam writes them, but these songs are unfailingly beautiful.

This song is about true love. Presenting yourself to someone void of posessions, beauty, and money. Giving them only love, all you have at the end of the day, and hoping it's enough. This is why Samuel Beam is a genius. He has it right.
