  • i think the majority of the population can't... but that does sound impressive, most bodybuilders i know are about as flexible as wooden sporks

  • that is pure dedication and high pain tolerence lol.

  • I'm amazed!!!! Really!!!

  • what is this i don't even...

  • its not that painful, if u start one day, every day u gradually get more and more flexible

  • @puffiez OOOOOOOOHHH YEEEES! The side-effects are that u are hurting, while youre doing it, almost daily, knees and legs and when you get older, maby 30 - 40 when you have stop stretching youre gonna be in sooo muuuch paiiiin...!...4 the rest of youre life i think. When youre 70 - 80 everyone are in pain but if u have been that flexible...whell..dont try to find out!

  • @PinkKissedLips

Well, yeah thats contortionists tho. streatching is obviously good for you, that makes sense. But im talking about rhythmic gymnastics. So obviously contortionists have an easy time dancing, but rhythmic gymnastics is all about kicking and snapping that flexibility to the max. thats not good for you.

  • the only problem iv noticed w rgs is thet there knees give out from hyperextension.

  • will this dagmage her in the future? I mean cant it be dangerous

  • That's actually not true. Contortionists tend to be healthier with less joint and back problems than normal people. Many contortionists are also dancers. Movement like running or jumping is not going to hurt them, because it deals with the flexing of muscles, not stretching. In fact, this amount of flexibility will just HELP with juping and running.

  • arthritis

  • @puffiez

well basically after all the hyperflexing and super quick jumps and such your just gunna snap you know.... theyre knees hips and shoulders are just gunna be fucked up.

its too bad tho.. cause its pretty as fuck.
