I actually work for Starbucks and I thought this was hilarious. I don't mind making crazy drinks for anyone especially if your nice about it. It isn't that hard to do a No Foam drink especially if your a perfectionist like me. It does take extra time to scrap off the foam though. However, I do love foam, lol. Thanks for not minding the tiny bit of foam left over. Some people just half ass everything they do, lol. There is a trick to the no foam latte though.

You go, girl! I know it was like over two years ago, and such, but you honestly have every right to complain. You are a paying customer, and you deserve to have your drink made correctly, and treated with respect. If the barista fucked up, then he/she should own up to it, apologize, and make it right. I work at a SB and it is not brain surgery to make a latte correctly. And you 600 people bashing on this girl, relax and get a sense of humor - she made a bad situation funny in her "rant".
