Its almost the same as those other useful idiots in the tsa who laughed while they forced people through body scanners and who are now all getting sick from working by those body scanners.

While I support Gerald 100%, we should also be objective.

The CME guarantees "the performance of the futures contracts", not the residual cash accounts, not being employed through CME, of their member companies. Segregated client accounts are guaranteed by the futures company and the law.

The best route is against Corzine directly, and there are several Class Actions that Gerald could join.

I agree though - no paper asset, including cash is safe now.
