Andrew always get inside his opponents arm. He curves the wrist and pulls all his weight on angle over the opponents pinky and the joint. This causes the body to recognize the moment of perceived joint "risk" and relax the muscles in that area. Then he pull toward him , then striaght down. Elated I came across this video. Youtube is perfect for this kind of info.My best friend was formerly bullied. He explained he was planning to get bigger. I didn't believe him.
