On a serious note. I'm in the process of discussing a bipolar II/cyclothymic diagnosis with my psychiatrist. I'm enjoying watching your videos. I definitely experience distorted thinking. I'm an essentialist, and I gravitate to a mechanistic world view. I over rationalize and take multiple positions when evaluating a decision making it difficult to choose.
Could you do a piece or direct me to something on lower levels of hypomania? I'm not extreme

You are great for put this kind of knowledge available, I have the feeling good hand book ,which I belive it is a sintesis of this one, however. This method is the best for whoever that has any sort of depression.
