Update: Feb. 9th, 2012 - Ottawa, Canada - The flagship Ottawa Citizen Newspaper finally printed something on Ella Shi's David and Goliath battle with Minto Developments. Ella will print a rebuttle to the misinformation printed but is happy that some attention is being paid to her struggle to get her deposit back.

Thanks for asking. The latest I Ella Shi's Story is that we challenged Minto on the Better Business Bureau Forum which they obliged to respond to. Both parties have agreed to meet with a mediator as of last week but no process is in place as yet. We are waiting to see what the details will be. Still have not found one mainstream media outlet that will print an article. Hugh Adami from the Citizen has the facts since November but has still not published...Kensky

I will pass these video to my friends...I can feel the hopeless of this Chinese lady, who is a single mother with 3 kids and who lost 66K deposit due to Minto's initial fault. She just needs her deposit to be returned. Is Minto going to use her 66K deposit to fight against her in the court? That is horrible. At least this 66K should be put in a trust account before the conflict is resolved!!!
