How They Fight In New York??? (Warning - Bad Language)

I was waiting for the Staten Island Ferry when all of a sudden these two outstanding citizens began having words. Outside of the fact this entire episode was completely STUPID, it happened on Christmas Eve. The one guy who runs up to the other claimed he was trying to get him violated. No one was arrested or cited.
