The fact still remains that Q*bert, Donkey Kong, K.O. Katy, et al., are on a long list of who and what helped keep me away from drug abuse and alcoholism and all that crap when things were at their worst. If that's not grounds for tracking down the people in charge and smacking 'em upside the head whatever number of times it takes to send the message that the wait for the DVD release has gone on long enough, I don't know what is.
What's left of my mind is as good as spoken now. Thank you.

I'm sorry, but DK Jr. doesn't sound right when he's taking a page from Scrappy-Doo. No wonder he's thrown into the obscure pile.

@ClockworkMage If you think about it, it's kind of a wink to Scrappy Doo.
Both were voiced by Frank Welker, and Scrappy had a similar saying.

Too bad I never saw this I was a baby when it aired.

I've never seen this before, but it's probably better than The Super Mario Bros. Super Show or The Adventures of Sonic the Hedgehog

No cartoons left on Saturday mornings anymore.

I agree! These shows may be cheesy, but they're a whole lot better than Billy and Mandy and all that garbage of today. All they ever focus on is bathroom humor! These shows are just plain silly. Nothing wrong with that! :-)

I actually liked it then.

Holy Cow!! I haven't seen that in years!! *lol*

Golden days of CBS Saturday Mornings in the 80's.
The first season I believe it was 8:30-9:30. The second season - yes was 12-1. Here in Mass, bowling was on from 12-1 and Supercade was shown from 7-8am. Prime Cap'n Kangaroo time.

.. and watching the show, well, yes, its good for nostalgia, but it really it wasn't very good. Its true of many shows of the 80s. They just don't hold up. {Thinking about that Benson marathon that was on a few weekends ago].
