  • S201676, agree, though statement about "opened areas" wasn't mine. :-) And about vanishingly small also agree. It's fair for Russia to. But u have whole NATO with nukes + isra(h)el(l) with probable nukes and the biggest conventional forces. So it sounds funny, when someone says "oh, now we'll be defenseless, thanks to Obama!". And, as you rightfully wrote, we have MAD conception still working. So there is no any tragedy at all. I hope that i used correct words and you'll understand my point.

  • @Nitrorus

Wait ... which area of the United States will be left open to missiles if the US reduces its stockpile?

Actually, all regions of the US are open to any country's ICBMs, since no country has effective missile defenses - so whether or not the US has less nukes still means it COULD be attacked, but it can equally attack anyone else. Either way, you've not made the case that fewer nukes makes the US less safe unless the US stockpile becomes vanishingly small.

  • 15:30 woah! he can bend his hand back a lot lol

  • So how is anyone going to enforce such a treaty? The U.S. is a master of finding loopholes and then exploiting them.

  • @dontblockmedk good point. Technology has improved our lives more than anything else.

    However...

    1) How do you stop the tyranny of an ignorant mass amount of people?

    2) How do you get at the resources? Who decides where they come from and how to get them?

    3) How?

Maybe in the long run this might work, but to get there... might I suggest encouraging Co-Ops to compete with Corporations?

  • 24:25 yes, like igorvasielevsky.

  • Of course Obama is pushing this.... it will leave an entire area of America open to Russian missiles. What about that wouldn't Obama like?

  • Superinteresting guests. Can you have them again with unlimited time so they get to express themselves to their heart's content? They were rather squeezed, or.... blocked,- like start on the senate!

  • yeah the US needs to start the treaty...

  • BS, the US is making more nukes, All nukes should be gone
