Sounds very Lennon/McCartney to me.

Great. Why did that song not climb up the charts then??

that major 7th chord is also one The Beatles used -as in 'There's a Place'

FANTASTIC! One of my all-time favourite songs. I get tears in my eyes when I hear it. I really like the Merseybeat harmonies on this track. I saw them live some years ago and I'm very glad that did this song (unfortunately only as a medley though). Despite Les wasn't there, the harmonies were still very strong.

It will sound strong, but maybe this is the greatest Mersey-beat song that I've ever heard. And I heard quite a few.
-
Surprisingly this did nothing in the charts yet their previous single You're No Good had made Top 3 still one of my favourite SBJ tracks

Written by Bass player Les Braid
The 'Swinging Blue Jeans' sure had some Good sounds, this is one of them. At least I Think so.

This song is one of my favorite SBJ songs too. It was arranged beautifully. I'm really glad you enjoyed listening in.
