    Oh my god. I am absolutely mesmerized. this is probably one of the most beautiful things I have ever seen...so peaceful and just beautiful. I have just started doing yoga every morning and I am SO motivated to keep it up now!

    Briohny (the woman in the video) teaches the yoga series on DailyBurn. Part of it is a handstand clinic. Definitely a good place to start.
