As I have said before, your vids are great-expert, well-excuted, and clear. I really wish you would put out some more, but I know life demands and such probably preclude that. Anyway, a question: how does this exercise differ from a similar should press - say, a dumbbell press?
@rmsolympic1 The one arm barbell press stresses the forearms, triceps and even the biceps more than the usual overhead presses, like dumbbell overhead presses. The reason is you have to tighten your grip on the barbell as you're pushing it up to prevent it from wobbling around too much.
