@dannyday58218195 I'm not a lawyer, I'm studying to be a sociologist and I have a humanities degree focused on religion. I just so happened to have parents who educated me so I'm well spoken. If you lost interest, then why are you commenting?  I love how people who have nothing good to say usually end up being sexist.

The attitude of the prison system is a perfect example of what I keep trying to tell pagans. The mono-religions will support the oppressive gov't and will turn it on us all eventually. We don't support their concept of a New World Order. We think for ourselves and most of us chose to be pagan as opposed to just being born into a religion. Like I say, play the Game of Rights for now, but even if they do grant pagans equal rights, don't ever fully trust the Fed.

@CryoQuench Facepalm, you're completely missing the point of this case. Yes, he sued for religous discrimination because they wouldn't hire him on as a chaplain as a Wiccan minister for the Wiccan inmates, but that was only the lead in to address the blatant discrimination which if you watched the video, I give accounts of.

@CryoQuench People can be denied jobs if this is passed through. People can be fired from their jobs if this is passed through. These aren't the only examples of HOW IT'S DISCRIMINATION. @CryoQuench How about you look at the court case instead of being a total and utter ignorant fool who's no better than a Christian Fundie? Job discrimination works a lot like that dear. This is why we had everyone sign the petition. It's not JUST about being denied a chaplin. It's about making Pagan religions a secondary religion where it doesn't have equal protection even under the 14th amendment. So until you GRASP that, you won't win an internet.
