*Personal Note*
I do find this to be stealing on Paypal's end. I'm not so much worried about my $82 and change, but I am mad that they find they can do this to an Ebay/Paypal user who is in good standings.

the holds are because you do not have a credit card linked to the account.

@oilfield666 - According to PayPal at the time it was because I was selling an electronic device and it was considered "high risk" because I had less then 100 transactions... Even though I had sold stuff previously and had a good rating.

@ahubbard117 according to paypal if you had linked a credit card it would skip that bit as it has somthing to use if you say for example ripped a customer off. ive been thru all this with paypal aswell...holds and the works. as soon as you link a credit card everything is instant. payments transfers and incoming money

@oilfield666 - Interesting. It would have been nice of them to tell me of this when I complained... Although I do believe at the time I did have a credit card attached.. but I can't remember as it was a while ago.

You're all cockheads. In all my transactions I've had ONE bad one where the seller didn't send my shit. He wouldn't reply to me so I disputed with paypal, they tried contacting the seller, no luck.... Money back! Fuck is that bad is it?

@oilfield666 i have been buying/selling online for a while now. NEVER EBAY AGAIN... I beg to differ about that credit card. I have everything linked to my account and they still hold funds. In your auction put handling time to 30 days. after 21 they have to give you the money. unless they want to freeze your account.

Here is EXACTLY what we were told by a PayPal representative on the phone.  "No one is forced to use PayPal & if you are going to use our service, you play by our rules or simply do business elsewhere!" They care nothing about right & wrong, it's their way or the highway!!! It's my understanding after speaking with an attorney out there in San Jose, CA where eBay & PayPal is, because they are not a licensed lending institution or an actual bank, they can do whatever they like!!!

I have something constructive...thanks. Based on what you said, and my past experience with corpoamerocrooks, I'm going to give PayPal some negative customer response and take my charge back for the new account today. I'm already having some personal issues with them.

I long for the day that both eBay & PayPal are forced to close their doors & hopefully many jailed in the process! They are the worse scammers on the planet!
