Bolivia's president on his country's crisis - 25 Sept 08

Latin American leaders have gathered outside the UN general assembly for discussions on the ongoing political crisis in Bolivia.

Al Jazeera's Ghida Fakhry spoke to Evo Morales, the Bolivian president, about the growing rebellion in his country.

I actually think that you dont know what you are talking about.The extreme right wing in Bolivia is corrupt and the evidence is the bolivian economy and lashed out poverty that as a country rich and natural resource has to live in.Did you know that in over 60 year Bolivia has not seem a profitable goverment since this so you call him x cocaine dealer has achived what many thought impossible profit, and Bolivia has now the MONEY to spread amongs the poor.

You don't know what your talking about. If there is a demand, someone will supply it. I would expect a capitalist, even a stupid one, to know this. Demand will defiantly tend to push up supply, but supply does not necessarily create demand. And maybe if the CIA wasn't one of, if not the, biggest drug dealer in the world there would be fewer drugs here. Crack appeared as a result of the CIAs illegal Contra rebel funding and the glut of cocaine it brought here.
