A special trip was made to Sydney for the recommisioning of locomotive 3642. On Saturday 1st of March, a suburban ramble was run out of Sydney. On the 2nd of March, a special train was run with 3642, to Thirlmere for the steam festival. Two other steam locomotives worked out of Thirlmere - 3526 on Picton Junction shuttles, and 2705 on the normal Buxton shuttle. No footage of 3526 was obtained.
