  • how fast can the bandit vxl's and or stampede vxl run.. max possible speed before going to lipo?

  • I have just ordered a 9.6v 8 cells NiMh battery pack....It is supposed to give a 55+mph top speed.... I will let you know after I have tested it....

Anyway, even with the 8.4v 7 cells batteries that I have been using so far the Bandit is impressively fast and faster than most nitro cars I meet in the nearby track...

I am a bit sceptical about lipo batteries as (I suppose you will agree) the faster it goes, the more likely to damage something is.....

  • how long does the battery last and how long does it take to charge

  • more than 30 min of continuous run

    about 50 min at 4.5A

  • so how fast did it go?

  • about 55 klm (34 miles) per hour with standard gearing and factory settings

  • The range should go up to about 3'ish football fields.

  • @ckvxl Ya i just ordered a lipo battery just try not to break it i dont even have a wheelie bar so im screwed but ya lol

  • what camera did you use?

    how much did it cost?

  • I have a 2s 7.4v 5300mah lipo with a 33t pinion in my bandit. I used an old cell phone with gps and it I hit 54mph top speed. It will do wheelies on command for as long as you want.... (one day when I shell out the cash) It will be insane on a 3s lipo!!

  • i dont like it. theres this one video that is way better. its called From The Eyes Of An RC Car.

  • i have a traxxas bandit vxl and when i accelerate the car it wobbles so much that it will wreck instantly at speeds as low as 20 miles per hour. If i accelerate slowly it does not do this even at 60 miles per hour. i am pretty sure it is not wheel-wobble but the transmission (or the maybe esc) causing the wheels to individually alter dramatically in speed. can anyone help?

  • @muppettheanddoboy1 about a 1/4 mile i think

  • should i get this with rpm parts or slash 4x4 with stock parts

  • @jerrad2004

i got mind monday complete stock came with power ceell baterries 7 cell and runs 45 miles an hour

  • bad camera
