To tell you the truth, i myself have not even seen a spoon bending video. It would be exremely hard to do, like extremely. The page is ShirakOmegax and look at the video where he stops a water wheel from spinning. There is much proof out there that this does exist, people just arn't looking hard enough.

Simple minded man. You have to let the possibility of new things into your life, and not be a skeptic on anything new that seems impossible. Telekinesis is very real and is actually very simple to explain. Everything is made up of potential and kinetic energy, and as we all know, energy can be maipulated. What you need to learn is that you can actually control some of the kinetic energy around you ( Psychokinesis). It is just like anything else, it takes practice.
