Great performance of a great little piece. I liked the way you handled the time-signature transitions and the alternations of volume. HOWEVER, I am beginning to wonder whether this is the ONLY madrigal to survive the Elizabethan period, since it seems to be almost the only Elizabethan madrigal anybody ever performs, if one may judge from Youtube. Hello folks, have you heard of Morley, Byrd, Weelkes, Gibbons, Tomkins, East, Vautor, or the greatest of them all, Wilbye?
