Hello everyone. If there is one questions or suggestion that I get asked more than anything else, it's "can you make a "how to" video that covers everything from start to finish?". Well, that is exactly what I have done.

This series is going to show you exactly what to do to setup your DX6i, set all your swash, pitch, throttle curves, gyro settings, end point's, and everything else in the radio. Then, I'm going to show you exactly how to bind the Tx to the Rx. Then, setup all fo the servos on the cyclic, adjust all the links to get the proper swash height so you get the same pitch up as you do down, set the blade tracking, setup the gyro outside while hovering and getting the swash correct for FF or forward flight.

So, sit back and enjoy this series. I will also try to get the WHOLE series on my website so that you can download it, adn watch it anywhere you have a computer. No internet required after the download.

For detailed questions, please visit my forum at http://www.rc-help.com/forum

In this video, I cover getting the servos to move in teh correct direction. How to reverse each servo, and how to reverse multiple servos at the same time in the swash mix. I also go through how to bind, then how to center the servo arms with subtrim.

In the next video of this series, I will show you how to setup the gyro. So, subscribe now so that you don't miss out on any videos.

  • So far I've viewed the first three videos of this series and the information you're offering is fantastic. I just purchased a 250GT and being that it's my first build I'm finding these videos very helpful. Thanks for all the detailed info. I look forward to the next one that covers the tail servo and gyro since this is where I seem to be having the most difficulty. Thanks again.

  • @Bags2723 I wish you the best of luck with the 250. Mine was named "Nightmare" for a very good reason. I had to replace just about every moving part with Align just to get it in the air. I really hope they have fixed the issues and you don't have any problems. However let me know and I will be more than happy to help out to get it in the air. Rc-Help.com
