The problem with living too long is the emotional side, not the physical part.

After several decades on this world and having experimented all one can experiment as a human being, one ends up asking the question of that old song: "Is this all there is my friend?" and as the 300 years old protagonist --Elina Makropulos-- of the opera "The Makropulos Case", one decides it's not worthy to keep going. Boredom and repetition can be very powerful motives to end it all, even being wrinkle free.

I take Chaga capsules, Chlorella/Spirulina, Turmeric, Hemp oil every morning... hope this is wise. Also what are your views on Cannabis? Does Cannabis have an effect on ageing as I have read that it slows down brain activity for want of a basic term. Would this have an effect... (I do not smoke Cannabis believing this or anything just curious)

Well not seen any evidence either way on cannabis and ageing.

I like this word alot snice it doesnt proof anything if you put it in a sentence.

( Claim ). [ Scientists claim to be a step closer to reversing the ageing process after rejuvenating worn out organs in elderly mice. ]

Also the good question Tom Kirkwood asked [ "The key question is what might this mean for human therapies against age-related diseases?]

Anyway it is good to talk to you and this is really helpfull debate but still there is nothing related to humans yet. Will wish you luck in life

Even if its impossible today you can still get frozen down with Cryonics and be revived when it is. And of course not to mention that scientists already have succesfully reversed the aging process in mice. Their body, physiology and genome share many features with our own.

Will I guess you are right about the aging process for these animals but still they reproduce cells and all. But I wont call it a real immortality it is Biological immortality means they can be killed. Still, it is related to the video subject and am grateful for the information. Now they need a way to make human body function like these animals and am guessing it is almost impossible.

I would like to know these 5 creatures. First time hearing it and I dont buy it. Nothing is immortal except God which is from a religious point of view.
