the entrance is incomplete

No body does these things better than the British, Always perfection

@Pipeatx How odd that there is even a mistress of the robes. It's not like the Coronation, at which the Dowager Duchess of Devonshire served as mistress of the robes. The Queen does not change clothing during this service. I suppose it is...tradition.

As it should be.
"I was glad" is the entrance song for the coronation and of course surrounded by more splendor then. Wait for the next coronation. :)

just grand this ceremony. a lovely tradition
-
@hrhjrd the duchess of grafton...mistress of the robes...she's like a 1000 yo
-
Who is the lady walking behind the queen?
-
THAT'S how you make an entrance! Love hearing the "Vivats!"

Loved the msuic but I wonder if Pricness Anne has any idea how bizarre she looks in that uniform and hat- not veyr feminine at all.

Why did the cameras have to focus on the Prince of Wales as he was preparing to make sure that he looked ok for the cameras? They try all the time to make him look like a fool...they make themselves fools. Otherwise a nice piece of film.
