The buildup and mini climax at 1:19 is absolutely amazing. Gave me chills the first time I heard it.

The devils lab melody and sound always really struck me as a good track for popping to. Like the machine noises on the clap reminds me of stuff like Slick Dogg. For years I've been searching for an arrangement of the devil's ideal for funkstyles dancing that uses G-funk instruments and tropes. Although I'm not sure such a track exists this particular arrangement is the most "poppable" remix of devil's lab I've ever come across.
