thanks for the nice review. quick question: is there a mircophone input within this unit ?
-
What does "loop volume" do? I noticed that this pedal is missing the "instrument volume" knob that the jamman stereo has in addition to the "loop volume" knob. If the stereo has 2 knobs to control volume and the delay has only 1, Is there a lack of volume control on this pedal?

Hey Rikk there is no aux input on my JamMan Delay !

Can anyone please confirm if the large Jamman Stereo Delay unit does simultaneous multiple loop playback?

Dude all your videos are great and I ended up buying a few pieces of DigiTech gear because of them over the last year! Keep up the GREAT work!

Im trying out the jam man stereo but I wish I could bank up and down to "turn on and turn off" loops I create live, the way you can with the boss rc 50. You know, first make your drum beat by rapping on the guitar, to bank 1, then lay down your egg shaker/ tambourine on bank 2, and then your rhythm chords on 3. So I can turn off and turn on selected banks to add depth to the song. Does this model do that?

@rockinjon1 No that is a multi-track looping function. This pedal has an undo and redo feature but not the ability to record to multiple tracks and turn them on and off per loop preset.

Thanks for the response. I just want to make sure....i will be using this set up for a live application and i will be running directly into a House PA system. Am I sending the "Snake" just one completely mixed channel, or individual channels per pedal (being V4, RP1000, and Jamman). Thanks again.

@castinova007 The RP1000 and JamMan would be on one (basically the mic thats on your amplifier) then you would go either mono or stereo out of the VL4 into the snake. That way your vocals would be on their own channel for mixing.

Rick. Thanks for all the informative videos. Quick question...what is the best way to connect these three Digitech products:
1. Vocalist4
2. Jamman Delay
3. RP1000 (using both amp loop-4C Method- and effects loop)
What would be the best order to connect these. Thanks again!

@castinova007 Absolutely! Thanks for supporting DigiTech! :-)
The best way to hook up the products you mentioned would be:
Plug your guitar into the Vocalist4 then go out the thru-put into the guitar input of the RP1000. (Using the 4C Method) come out of the RP1000 where it says "To Amp FX Return" into the input of the JamMan. Then go out of the JamMan to the FX Return of your amplifier.
You will get the best possible sound & functionality by hooking these pedals up this way.
Thanks again!
