@scarrenboy I have study each different cichlid I own or would love to own in the future.I currently have a Tiger Oscar,Green Terror,Jack Dempsey,and Severum in my temporary long 55 gallon set up.They are all fine with each other.Just a bit of chasing here and there from all 4 of them,except no one can chase a 9 inch Tiger O.Now I know,when I get my 120 or 150 gallon set up in a couple of months,I will be able to stock other fishes,which wont be a Dovii or Midas..

@burzumaske20 'sometimes' isn't 'usually' and usually keeping a fairly mild oscar with a psycho like a butty is that the oscar is either murdered or stressed into ill health and dies. I am fed up with finding crap like this tank on youtube , what possesses people to do no research at all on the species they are keeping...? For every 30 gallon with 5 auratus and 2 moonlight gouramis that worked, there are hundred where they didn't and much livestock dying unnecessarily. Read up before you keep.

@scarrenboy Well I don't agree with him having a tilapia with a oscar,its a risk taker honestly.No matter what though,you will always have idiots,who do stupid shit like this.Then sometimes,the outcome can be consider positive for the fishes,where they can get along really well.

we bought a small butta and he tryed picking on the barbs and this won fish (idk the name) till the fish lip locked and ran the buuta onto the side of the tank and the butta hasnt chased anything since. all they need to to get taught a leeson and they back down fast
