I really like Muscle Pharm's assault. I am on my second tub. I use it 5 days a week and don't take any on the weekends. I took a 3 week break between completing the first tub and using the product for the second time. I still have the full effects of the product. It gives me the duration of a hour to hour half workout. It isn't overwhelming like jack3d however I am seeing good results using it.
