How to beat Ruby Weapon (Part:1)

In these videos I will be showing you 2 different ways to beat Ruby Weapon. One without Kights of Round and one with. This was a bad run for this strategy b/c i was getting hit alot with the one arm so i was healing more then attacking. The next one will be the strategy with Knights of Round.

For this my materia is (Double Cut - HP to MP, W-item - Counter Attack, Counter Attack - Counter Attack, Counter Attack - Counter Attack) on my weapon and (Counter Attack - Counter Attack, Counter Attack - Time) on my Arm. The HP to MP materia is more of a way to show how easy it is to beat him doing this with even just 999 hp. but it also helps make sure i have enough MP to cast Hast ad slow when i want to just in case the arms that saps mp hits me a few 2 many times

I'm useing Ultima Weapon, Fire Armulet (so that it absorbs the damage from Ruby Flame for alittle extra healing. If u want to take the damage from ruby flame and go with somehting more to your preference, go for it.) and Ribbon to stop all those nasty status effects u get from the arms. REMEMBER: the arms cant kill u but they do hurt.

Your probably wondering how i got 99 hero drinks right? I just used the simple W-item trick to get 99 of any item that can be used in battle (no sources). Why did he never cast Ultima or Comet 2 on you? He pwns me with that everytime.

@2KV6Stang ultima is used after u use a summon. if you do it this way it eliminates that.it been awhile since ive played it so i cant remember what triggers comet.

use this materia set up and you can't lose set cloud up with ultima weapon add w-summon=magicplus, knights of round=mp absorb, knights of round=hp absorb, mime=counter. you will finish every fight with full hp/mp just master the materia and cast w-summon knights of round once, then keep hitting mime. if you do the same setup for the other two characters it's complete pwnage, have fun.

@tarkett85 thats basically the part 2 to this one. except i only use the kotr - hp absorb, mimic. just to show how easy he is to beat if you get kotr. i also did one without materia but i never bothered to upload it b/c is pretty much the same as this.
