Need for Speed: Undercover, evade police using secret

I found a secret road which helps me to get past the hardest cop takeout level. the objective is to take out 20 cops in under 15 minutes, or 10 minutes if you want to dominate.

The problem is, that when you take out about 6 cops, the federal police with their spike strips come into play, and escaping them is much much harder. At least, it was, until now! :)

This video will demonstrate how to use a secret passage to your advantage to escape the police.

Car used: Chevrolet Corvette with all upgrades (this really is the fastest car in the game. If you tune it the way I do, you can dominate every race/event. It will accelerate faster than other cars while still being able to get the max top speed. Using this setup, there's a small trick that will work. Making a 90 degree turn at high speed, do the following: Keep pressing gas and a moment before you're into the corner, turn and then press nitro boost. It should shuttle you around the corner as if you were driving 120 km/h (47m/h) while you can actually be driving 250km/h or faster. True. You will loose speed, but not hit the corner.

If I remember right, the NFS games have the police always able to match your speed, and give chase. If the police can always reach the same speeds you can, I'd want to use one of those cars instead of mine!

@jetio4 Not in this one. With this car, I can go faster than the police can. The problem is that you always run into them regardless. Either they come from behind, or they spawn a roadblock somewhere in front of you (with optional spikestrip on if you have the feds against you).

The spawning will only happen in a predictable path though, which makes it able to loose the cops by gaining enough distance and then on a highway take an intersection and right as you enter the highway, make a U turn

Even with this, I can get a top speed of 388 which is faster than the other cars will drive (including the Veyron). Of course, if you're doing a custom race, with hard enemies and traffic, it is a challenge. Any mistake will most likely mean not winning. But on the other hand, you can still beat all cars!

So the best car definitely is the Corvette Z06.

@Mr786BABAR I've tried all cars you mentioned when I was looking for a good car. The bugatti Veyron is a great car with the best topspeed, but since it has a low acceleration and it will dramatically slow down in corners, it is only useful on a handful of situations. I find that the best car by far is the Chevrolette Corvette Z06. You can tweak it in many ways: Like topspeed over acceleration, etc. I tweaked the acceleration to be faster off the start than the competitor cars. (next comment...)
