  • how many gallons per hour will this unit pump??

  • This one does about 2 bbls a day.

  • I agree with 80bjs, I'm from southern IL and we got them all over in the country around my home town and I don't think I've ever seen one of that size pump that fast. I honestly don't think I've seen the smaller ones pump that fast either.

  • It is crazy. I clock most of the wells in the area around 15-18 spm's. The average depth is around 3,500-3,600 ft. and still pump at near 100% efficiency.

  • sounds like theres alot of back lash in that old gearbox

  • Wouldn't be surprised. This particular pumpjack has been pumping for many years. The loud noise is the top of the polish rod hitting the horsehead.

  • we got the 1st oil well being drilled not too far from where i live, as soon they get the pumpjack installed, i will get a video of it
