Fun team building event doing Archery with the leaders in New Zealand for archery activities, Archery Adventures, shooting at a variety of targets with the recurve Olympic bow and arrow.
uuum, i shoot a 9.6 avarage and i still use a brace cause i tend to hit my arm every time just a litle, so don't say experienced archers don't need them. even olympic archers wear them.
pretty enjoyable to watch

They're different names for the same thing, although I guess recurve could also encompass barebow recurve (although most people call that barebow).
