when you can, avoid macro/micronutrient suppliments and go with real foods such as- grass fed, free range, or wild caught animal proteins, whole ,organic ,raw vedgetables, nuts ,berries, and fruits only. eat 4-6 meals daily if your active. Get 8 hrs of rem sleep nightly (10pm-6am) keep stress low through meditation or not giving a f%#k wake up and live in the moment...... just my opinion, but it's worked for me in my life, fitness and weightloss journey. thanx and good luck!
