@alexcarlihope If you have the testgen on a CD then you do not have to download it, we used to provide them via CD but are no longer offering that. For future testbanks that you may need you will have to download them from the website but you will not have to download the software as it appears you alread have it. I have a question. If I have the test bank for my textbook on a CD, is it necessary to go through this process and create and account on the site and register etc. Or can I just put the disc in and create a test automatically? I have one of the computerized test banks.
